I am 5' 2" tall and 115 pounds and this dress was HUGE. I bought the XS and it must have been cut by tent maker. Overall very big and fell past my knees. Please make petites available! The green color was lovely and I really liked the material and weight.

I'm so thrilled to have found this dress! It's the perfect casual, cool summer dress that can even be dressed up a little. I disagree with the other reviewer...I think the fabric is plenty substantial, especially for summer. It's a cotton slub knit, so like a t shirt. The bodice is double layer, so a bit more substantial than the skirt. The arm holes are just right for me, no gaping. The cap sleeves are a nice detail, and the wide/low neckline is pleasantly and surprisingly feminine for L.L. Bean. You just have to wear the right bra. The dress has a nice shape, the skirt flares gently but not excessively. The sizing is generous, so you might want to size down if you want the dress to be more fitted. I'm 5'7", 152 lbs, 36-31-41. I bought the Thyme in Medium and the Navy in Small and I think I'll keep both. The Medium is a bit more forgiving, the Small a little more fitted for when I'm feeling svelte. Both super comfy. The Thyme is a soft olive green, and a touch darker than it looked on my screen. The navy is also a soft navy, but a bit richer than it looked on my screen. I have a hard time finding dresses I like, and I love this dress!!!

Just a long T-shirt: Comfortable, but fits like a long t-shirt and NO POCKETS?! I miss the Fitness Dresses, I wish LLBEAN would bring them back.

Size Small too large for me (5' 2", 110'), fabric very thin, insubstantial, and arm holes much too large, so standard bra is clearly visible. Finally, it's not an attractive navy color, at least on me - dull and grayish.

Love, love, love! This dress is adorable, versatile and comfy. Can dress up or down. The thyme green color is beautiful and can't wait to buy another in blue too
