We deliver purchases from overseas stores to Russia, the CIS and 200+ countries worldwide - with our own logistics, consolidation and insurance.

How it works

1. Sign up and get a personal warehouse address in the US, Europe or China.
2. Order goods from overseas stores to that address, or use assisted purchasing.
3. We receive the parcels at the warehouse and combine them into one shipment (consolidation).
4. Arrange delivery: fill in the declaration and choose a shipping method.
5. Receive your order at a post office, a pickup point, or by courier to your door.

Shipping methods

Delivery is available via our own service as well as other methods - from economy to express. Exact timelines and cost depend on weight, dimensions and destination country and are calculated individually at checkout.

Customs and duties

A customs declaration is required for delivery to Russia and a number of other countries. Duty-free limits and rules vary by destination - we help you complete the paperwork correctly.

Tracking, insurance and packaging

• Parcel tracking at every stage of the journey;
• Insurance against loss, damage and theft;
• Extra protective packaging and repacking of fragile items on request.
