This doesn’t even sharpen the UD pencils! A complete waste

Needs attention from Sephora I purchased this product and it arrived damaged (broken). I did not use it at all because I wanted to exchange it. What makes this situation worse is the attitude I experienced in-store. Instead of trying to resolve a clear issue, I was given different excuses at each location, and at the final store, the product was not even inspected before refusing help due to the return period. This reflects a lack of accountability and consistency in customer service. Customers should not have to visit multiple stores and be turned away repeatedly for a product that was defective from the start. I expect Sephora to take responsibility for this situation and handle it properly. I visited three different Sephora stores to resolve this issue. At the first two stores, they refused to exchange the product and gave different excuses. By the time I went to the third store, they did not even check the product and simply said the return period had passed. I cannot keep going back and forth between stores every day. This product was never used, and the damage was not caused by me. Despite this being a product issue, no solution was offered. I am requesting a proper resolution — either an exchange or a refund. This experience is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expected from Sephora.

This is the best sharpener I’ve ever tried. Blade is sharp and sturdy, lid stays firmly in place and is easy to remove. The overall quality is great. Why buy cheaper sharpeners you will have to replace more often? You’ll end up spending the same money for lower quality.

this sharpener is specif. designed for your urban decay pencil. It doesn't break the pencil, the tip comes out sharpened and applies perfect. I used to use an ordinary sharpener but as I kept using urban decay products, I realized that this sharpener is specif designed for the pencil itself. My fav prod: Perversion eyeliner you must have the sharpener to go with it...necessary.

This is a good sharpener. It has a little case affixed to it that catches all the shavings so you can dump them out later and not make a mess wherever you are. It has two sizes of sharpener. I can’t think of anything that can be done to make this sharpener any better. It is good quality and has that little catchment basin attached.

This lip liner sharpener is really good and will most definitely really sharpen your lip liner. The only con is that it is really expensive for a sharpener.

Although it was difficult to pry them off the first time, both the top and bottom of this sharpener can be removed for cleaning. I love the tiny pick that slides out of the top so I don’t have to risk nicking my fingernails to poke free any clingy shavings. I do wish my 24/7 eyeliner from the same brand sharpened in a smooth twist, but I’m not sure which is at fault: the sharpener blade for not being strong enough or the pencil casing for being too rigid a material. It works nonetheless; it’s just a little jerky.

The best! Perfectly sharpens my lip pencil. I’ve tried others but they don’t compare!
