The price did not go down for the new packaging. The old formula has 11 oz. The new one only has oz or even less.

I’ve been using this cleanser for about 2-3 years now.. LOVED IT & worked well for my sensitive skin. I was running low so thought I’d replenish. Come to notice the price, OZ & packaging changed. The pump sucks, as does the formula.. it doesn’t work with my skin at all. Bring back the holy grail lol

New formula makes me break out badly. Sucks because the original formula was all I used, so now I gotta find something else that works with my skin.

Love this face wash so much but the new packaging is so bad that I can’t use it anymore. Every pump bottle I have purchased won’t pop up. I see I’m not the only one to comment on the new bottle. Such a bummer.

This used to be my favorite skin cleanser — gentle, not drying, and cream based. The new packaging with the pump is awful. The pump gets clogged and you basically lose 1/3 of the product to it. Thankfully the travel size still has the old packaging, but had to move on. Test your packaging First Aid!

This used to be my holy grail face wash for 6 years BEFORE it was reformulated. After the reformulation of this beloved cult classic, I have broke out so bad. My heart is broken that this product no longer works for me. It’s been trial and error tryna replace it since. :(

After using this product for a couple of weeks, my face has been breaking out even more than usual. And for the price, I was really hoping it would work

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really like this cleanser and have been using it every day for a few months now. I did wake up with a bunch of tiny zits after the first night I used it, but it hasn’t happened since so I don’t know if it was related. It feels gentle and I have pretty sensitive skin so it’s been good. I don’t wear a ton of makeup, but it’s actually done well to remove most of it. I don’t know that you can call a normal lather “foam” but it’s not some sort of crazy tech - just a cleanser that lathers up with water. I don’t know that it’s worth the price, it is a pretty small bottle and not any better than any other gentle cleansers I’ve used in the past

This has been my go to cleanser for years. I was very disappointed to see they’ve reduced the amount of product you get while the price remained the same.
