The POREfessional Pore Minimizing Primer

I have used this for decades as a staple in my routine. I've dabbled with others, but always come back to the POREfessional. It fills in all weird little pore holes- especially on and around my nose. It feels silky soft once gently brushed on with my fingertips. It does not bubble or pill or melt under any foundations or tinted moisturizers- in fact- its transforming coverage is so lovely, I often use it and go- adding nothing else on top. A little goes a long way.

Does a good job at smoothing pores, but it does pill some when I use it with certain moisturizers or foundations. Also it doesn’t do a very good job at keeping makeup in place. Would not purchase again.

I have tried other primers and I always end up coming back to this.

I’ve been using this primer for 10 years, but now have to look for something new for my routine. The new formula is difficult to put on, it pills when I try to spread on my face and somehow also just feels like a layer of grease and does not blur pores at all. I hate it and am heart broken my previous favorite product is absolute trash now

Since Covid when I got serious about skincare, I never break out, but this product has me broken out so bad. I bought it on a whim because I ran out of my regular primer while on vacation but it was a terrible mistake. Worst breakout I’ve had in a decade.

I’ve been using this primer for nearly a decade and I’m not kidding when I say it’s been an absolute staple in my makeup routine throughout. The last few months I’ve been gaslighting myself into thinking my skin was just extra oily but I finally narrowed it down to this primer and confirmed it was reformulated recently. Based on these reviews and various online forums it’s fair to say the reformulation has been a flop. My makeup is literally sliding down my face by midday even with setting spray. My heart is truly broken by this and I’ll be on the hunt for a new go-to primer now. 💔

This is the primer I wish I found a long time ago. I have aging skin, work in a sweaty humid environment, and am not prone to breakouts. A little product goes a long way and keeps my makeup from sinking into my old pores. After my shift my makeup looks fresh

I was gifted this by a friend, and was initially excited, as I'd heard good things about this primer, but it seems like they reformulated. It does feel smoothing and has a blurring effect, but even as you apply it starts to pill. You can't quite rub it in- the product just keeps moving and caking. After a minute or two of letting it dry, any movement will cause it to start bunching up like dead skin. I tried using it on its own, under foundation, under powder, under foundation and powder... but it still produces the same results. Would not recommend.

The new formula is horrible it’s cakey. I knew as soon as the packaging was different it wasn’t going be the same

Hate the new formula ! Makes my face look textured after using. Formula definitely has changed since the new packaging. I’ve been using this for years. So disappointed
