I have been using this product for 20 plus years. whenever Sephora has a sale on it I grab a couple of them. It's the only balm that makes my lips smile when they are super dry and there is always on under my pillow at night so it is easy to reach for when I need it. I would highly recommend it to everyone!
I have been buying this lip balm for over a decade. It has become my go to. I am disappointed with any other lip balm. I use the colorless version day and night. It goes on smoothly, is not sticky and lasts for hours . Sure it’s pricy for a lip balm but it’s worth it.hours.
I’ve used over a hundred different types of lip treatment for my dry lips and this is the only product that has ever worked for me. My lips look great after using this product and I am in love. I used the pot for the longest time but I’m a nurse and couldn’t use a pot at work plus I don’t like having to clean my hands before and after applying the product so I’m glad they came out with a stick. Obsessed!
As someone who battles dry lips seemingly year round, stuff works miracles! I have one in my purse, bathroom, and on my bedside table!
This is by far the best lip balm— I have a few products I swear by and this is one them. I have one in my car, purse and nightstand. Leaves my lips super soft and moisturized. 10/10
I have naturally big lips. They often peel if I don’t put a moisturizing layer on them or if something in the ingredients didn’t agree with them. I have tried many many lip products. This is one of the few that doesn’t cause my lips to have issues and keep them smooth. I will be rebuying this!

This balm lasts a decent amount of time on my lips. Sometimes it does an ok job of keeping my lips hydrated but if my lips are too dry or chapped it will irritate them further
I have been using this product for longer than I can remember. It was one of the first high end products I ever purchased and it is still the best. I use it (almost) every night. If I happen to slack, or get sick/travel etc, and it results it dry/flaky/cracked lips, this has NEVER failed to heal them! And quickly! It’s absolutely expensive for plain lip balm, but it is worth it. P.S. While Fresh has reformulated a number of products (including Sugar Advanced Formula’s color sisters 🤬🤬), this is the same product from forever.
This lip balm is not bad. I’m leaving a review because they used to have a tinted pink advanced therapy lip balm that I absolutely loved. The company made a not smart move by discontinuing it. Then, they made another not smart move by discontinuing the coconut lip balm. I’m so done with this company.
