Black Tea Anti-Aging Eye Cream with Retinol-Alternative BT Matrix

I’ve been using this for a while really trying to give it the old college try. It pills under any other skincare especially under make up so I decided I’ll just use it as a night time eye cream could have been a great alternative for retinol during my pregnancy. I don’t see anything great or ground breaking about tbis. I have drug store eye creams that perform better . This also pushes super far down into the container and is really hard to get out it sticks to itself like play dough the texture seems whipped when you look at it but when you touch it it just compresses on itself. It’s a no for me I do not know why it’s so expensive or why people buy it. I love so many products and like love this brand but they missed the mark with this one

Many of these reviews are definitely fake. I went into the store looking for under eye cream and was told by the store this was the best of the best. I did a quick scan of the reviews and figured ok might as well try it. That was a huge mistake and complete waste of money. Within 5 mins of having it on your skin it starts pilling. I continue to try to use it just so I’m not out the money, but wow what a disappointment. I can’t believe Sephora has this on their shelves.

This eye cream is the best. I find it so moisturizing and refreshing. And I do notice a difference in my eye bags. The high price is definitely worth it, imo.

I had high hopes for this product and the results were disappointing. After using the entire jar, I haven't noticed any improvements to my dark circles or fine lines. The only good part about this cream is its moisturizing effects.

This is my second batch and the quality has completely dropped it's basically a different product. It pils 5 minutes after applying and doesn't make the under eyes look radiant. Was a good product- now a waste of plus $90 wish I could get refund but it's too late

BEST EYE CREAM!!! Only eye cream I have seen actual results. I use it mainly at nighttime.

So disappointed- I usually love products from fresh, so I was surprised when all of a sudden after switching to this product, the skin around my eyes was so dry. Worst part is that since I've always had positive experiences with other fresh products, I didn't think to try it right away after purchasing, and finished my old eye cream first. By the time I realized how bad this product was, it was past the 30 day return window. This turned into the most expensive hand cream ever, since I didn't know what else to do with it.

i’ve experimented with so many different eye creams. glow recipe, kiehls, you name it. they did absolutely nothing for me but this one ??? so good. in just a couple of days of using this i seen a difference in my under eye hollows. if you want an eye cream let it be this one !!! so glad i purchased

Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Tried it today after receiving, after it dries down it rolls up and pills so bad, leaving a mess on your skin. I dont know why this stuff is so expensive for a horrible product.
