I loved this product but it arrived with almost nothing in it. I was using it only at night and it didn't last 2 weeks. I purchased the Illa product for daytime and that has lasted over a month - both using similar amounts. Terrible.
Works well for sunken eyes- it also hydrates the eye area

I have to say, this is by far the worst eye area product I’ve ever purchased. Unfortunately, I got swayed by a recommendation from one of the girls at Sephora who said it was an excellent eye cream — well, it absolutely is not. First of all, it’s super thick, and if you apply it during the day, it takes forever to absorb, which makes it a real pain to put on makeup afterward. At night, it’s not as big of an issue since you’re just going to bed, but even then, I didn’t notice any benefits. It’s an expensive product for what it is, and I saw no improvement in hydration, brightness, or anything at all around my eyes. On top of that, it only lasts a couple of weeks even though I was using just a small amount morning and night. It feels like you’re paying almost $60 for a product that does absolutely nothing. It’s thick, slow to absorb, and completely ineffective. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.
This does the bare basics of an eye cream - moisturizes. Which, to be completely honest, it barely does that effectively. It is moisturizing when applied, but the moisture is not maintained without using it daily. It also makes my undereye concealer separate if it is not completely rubbed in (don't use the tapping method, it will leave your eye makeup gross looking). Throughout the winter, I constantly had dry, flaky skin around my eyes where I am always applying eye cream. So again, I find it barely does an effective job of moisturizing. I did not find it to positively effect the darkness under my eyes or fine lines, nor did it depuff when I would wake up with very puffy undereyes. I used the entire product before leaving this review over the span of about a year. Not anywhere near worth the price. For context, I am 31 years old with the start of fine lines, a bit of darkness under the eyes, and sometimes wake up with extremely puffy undereyes after poor sleep.
I paid around $85 for this cream. It makes my eyes water non-stop no matter how much or little I use, or how and where I apply it.
After trying different concealers this product did not work for me. It peeled off my makeup.
I was skeptical at first when buying this product because I saw reviews from people saying that it was very irritating or broke them out, personally for me luckily I had neither of those issues. I found it very hydrating and brightening and good overall however it’s a little pricey. 
This product is my favorite! It does wonders to my under eyes and is great for my sensitive skin.
If I could give it 0 (zero) stars, I would. Like some others I saw here, I was told that this was THE best eye cream in the entire store, and I bought it. The first time I used it, I had a rash and swelling around my eyes. I see now that many others had this experience. At the time, I thought that this is how it worked, but then the next day my skin around the eyes started peeling and getting red. Third day I used it, it made things worse. I cut down on all other eye creams, to make sure that it wasn't an issue of mixing, and two weeks later I used it once, and instant rash, swelling. I used pure petrolatum to heal the skin, and it took over a month for me to start using eye cream again (I now trust the Ordinary, Origins, Vanicream). SO NO, this is not the best eye cream. I do not have very sensitive skin, but this was beyond the pale. And at this price-point, frankly it is shameful that it causes a rash at all. Why would I pay $65 for a possible eye infection and itchy fragile under eye area? I bought it over 30 days ago so I cannot return it to the store, apparently, but Sephora & Drunk Elephant should do better than this!! NO NO NO
