The formula changed in the past year - now it's clumpy, it does not hold a curl after the eyelash curler, and it's messy to remove. I don't know what they did to the product but I will not be buying again.
I just recently ordered this mascara & every time I apply it just goes on too thick & heavy. Also it dries out quickly & clumps up. You definitely need to improve this product, plus it’s expensive. Do better NV

Probably the best mascara I’ve ever used had! My lashes literally look fake when I use this mascara. They look full & long! I love this mascara! So glad the Sephora employee recommended this! highly recommend this product!!
I loved this mascara. I’ve worn it exclusively for 4 years, nothing else came close. It recently disappeared off of shelves for a month (instant panic) and when it came back it was completely different. It no longer has stayingpower, leaving horrible black smudges under your eyes within minutes. With the old formula I could wear it in a pool and it wouldn’t run. It also doesn’t dry the same, and my lashes don’t look nearly as long or full. I have an old tube to compare it to and it just breaks my heart. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!
For $45, I’m expecting high quality. Instead it’s super clumpy and gives me raccoon eyes by the end of the day. Do not buy!!!

This looks amazing when you first apply, but I've never had a mascara crumble on me like this! I had it on for a few hours, looked in the mirror and realized I had black mascara crumbs all under my eyes. Very disappointing.
I bought this for a friend and she loves it. My daughter uses it as well and highly recommends it for longer and fuller lashes. I’m going to try it next!
this made my lashes look unreal but unfortunately did not stand up too well throughout the day. unfortunately didn’t perform as well as i’d hoped for the price tag
