Have thin to medium hair and this mask has helped my hair grow inches and treat split ends tremulously over the last two years. Yes it’s on the pricier side but it lasts a while. Highly recommend
I sometimes put this in and leave it and let my curly hair air dry. It comes out really nice and healthy looking. I find if i go to bed with the mask on my hair, it doesn't weigh the hair down while it is drying and it looks very bouncy and extra curly in the morning. You are not supposed to leave it in, but I do that about once a week. It helps combat all the heat styling on other days, and seems to not look to "wet" after you run your fingers through. The only thing I don't love it the price...but it is worth it to me.
I have medium to thick hair that is always being tied up for work. My ends split often and since using this mask, I found I have less split ends and my hair stays smoother between cuts. I highly recommend trying this mask, it also has a wonderful scent

My hair is mid-back length, fine, porous, level 7 root with blonde highlights. I bought a giant size of this Resistance Length mask and I just love it. I also use the shampoo. It has both protein and hydration, which is critical for long hair. My hair tends to break off and it’s not very strong naturally, so getting that balance of protein and moisture is important. if your hair is extremely damaged, let’s say it feels like wool even after conditioning, this won’t be enough for you. If that’s the case I would recommend using a pre-poo treatment before you wash, to fill in the holes in the damaged hair fiber. Otherwise if your hair is normal to damaged but not extremely damaged this mask will definitely help protect your hair’s health while it grows out (it’s not made to make your hair grow faster just FYI it protects the hair while you grow it out)
The Première Anti-Breakage Repairing Mask for Damaged Hair mask is a million times better. This seems more like a regular conditioner.
My favorite Kerastase formula. I use this mask as a conditioner (a little goes a long way) and it’s made a HUGE difference in my hair — like almost immediately! In the winter my hair looks dry and frizzy and goes flat but after one use, this brought back all my waves and my hair looks great- whether I air dry or blow dry. 10/10!
Love this product! within 2 uses, i can feel my hair is growing longer and healthier! Definitely buying this more even though it's a bit pricey
While in enjoy other products from the brand, this actually made my hair worse. I have minor heat damage, thick, dry, and frizzy hair. I really had high hopes and continued to fully use the container, but other products have given WAY better results. If you’re curious, what helped me was pureology conditioned that comes in a blue bottle.
