Ghost Weightless Hair Mask for Fine Hair

This is not it. I use many hair masks and this feels like a conditioner. Even if I leave it on, it doesn’t work well for my thin hair. My hair still feels dry afterwards. It’s a bummer because I love the ghost hair oil! Save

I love this product! I’ve used the shampoo and conditioner for quite a while now, but only started using the mask recently. I have tried everything from drugstore masks to briogeo, olaplex, and moroccan oil and they all just seem to be “meh” for me. With this mask, my hair instantly started being more soft and manageable and shiny and less frizzy. I use it once a week usually when I’m doing my everything shower and it probably sits for longer than the recommended seven minutes most times. It doesn’t weigh down my hair or make it greasy even though I apply it to my roots because I have bangs and also because I get bad flyaways up there. My curls sre more put together and bouncy since I added this to my routine. For my hair type: I have something between curly and wavy hair that is in the middle between fine and thick, but it’s really dense. I naturally get the big blowout spirals (yay!). My hair is not color or chemically treated and I get frizzy hair in the humidity and a lot of breakage from putting my hair up. My hair is about breast length with bangs. I also have scalp psoriasis and celiac and have to be careful about which products I use. Verb ghost is the first full product line I’ve found that doesn’t cause irritation, so I’d look into this product if you get issues with your scalp or have allergies. I honestly can’t even think of the correct words for how much I like this mask, and I don’t usually leave reviews for products unless they have changed my life, so I’ll just say this chsnged my life. The shampoo and conditioner are good products, but there’s nothing super special about them. They are good for my psoriasis and make my hair clean and it feels like I have healthier hair. Like, they are perfectly adequate and that’s why I like them! This mask, however, takes the whole product line to another level if you use it with the other products. The one con I have is the smell. I have a lot of very fine hair that tends to be dry. Most hair masks are too heavy and weigh my hair down no matter how thoroughly I rinse, but this mask is perfect! I use it once or twice a week in the shower in lieu of conditioner, let it sit for about 6ish minutes before rinsing, and the results are great! It leaves my hair feeling soft but not weighed down. If you have thicker strands of hair, this probably won’t be sufficient, but it’s made a big difference for me.

Effective, but would rather invest more in a more efficacious product.

I was just expecting more from this product. It is light and softens the hair but no more than less expensive treatments from the grocery store

very average hair mask. worked ok. I can get better elsewhere but this isn't terrible.

I have long (chest length) untreated/natural fine white hair (lots of it/used to be dark blonde) and I swim 3-4 days a week: I use drugstore UltraSwim Chlorine Removal shampoo at least every other time I swim and follow with Ghost Hair Mask to restore moisture. I alternate with Ouai Detox shampoo (for deeper clean) & follow with Ouai Mask for Fine/Med hair but when I travel I just pack my Verb Ghost Mask and I can use whatever hotel shampoo for washing, rinse it out well and then Ghost Mask is all I need for silky shiny hair. If I had to keep only one product in my usual routine, it would be Ghost Mask and I think it would be excellent as a go-to conditioner for pretty much all hair types: its very lightweight (true to the name) yet a little goes a very long way and it penetrates within just a couple of minutes on wet hair (I use it just like a regular conditioner) and your hair is instantly able to be combed through while rinsing...and it rinses out easily (you do need to rinse well of course) and you're left with no trace of product, just soft silky shiny hair. LOVE IT. Highly recommend.

Omg. I picked this up on a whim. I put it in& I didn’t go into the dryer like I normally do cause I couldn’t, but my hair was so soft. Like feather soft. I have blonde (dyed) curly hair so my hair is dry dry. Didn’t weight it down
