HoliRoots™ Pre-Wash Scalp & Hair Treatment Oil

Yes this is very light weight and nourishing. I use it every other day and wash my hair once a week. Works great for my frizzy curls. Using from last year.

This worked far better than I expected and now it's an absolute MUST on my hair wash days. I'd been suffering an itchy flaky scalp for months and bought so many scalp treatments but none worked until this product. Now I experience no more flaking and, best of all, I can go a whole week and longer without any itchiness! Smells good too.

After buying it, I realized it might be more cost-effective to just go to a local Indian grocery store and pick up natural oils like almond oil, amla, or even ashwagandha-based blends. That route seems more sustainable long-term. That said, if you enjoy trying new products and want something that feels a bit luxurious and hopeful, this isn’t a bad option. Just keep in mind—the mini is very mini. I was surprised at how quickly I ran out, especially since minis usually last me a while. I guess that says something about how much I enjoyed using it. If you’re curious, I’d recommend trying to get a sample in-store before committing. As for me, I’ll probably go the homemade route next time—mainly because my wallet can’t keep up with how much I enjoy that scent.

I’m not sure if it helped thicken my hair, but I did like the way it smelled. It also didn’t leave a greasy feeling on my hair. I only got the mini one, so maybe that’s why I didn’t notice its effect

honest opinion maybe i help someone, i didn’t like after 1 use left my scalp itchy and my hair flat and my baby hair stood up that i have to flat iron it, after 3 use same didn’t see difference so i continue to use it for couple more times it did the same so i stopped using it, it was a waste to purchase the big bottle please get the smaller one first and test it out a

I love a scalp oil that does not have anything minty in it or a rosemary scent. This smells lovely and actually works. It hydrates my scalp so well, whether I do a short pre shampoo treatment or leave it in overnight. Excellent product.
