My aunt had this is her house, and OMG it was fantastic. The exfoliating was so good and it made washing my hands so enjoyable. This is so underrated. If you like the Quai products, this is something you should try.
Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing this, as I also received a defective pump. So not acceptable for the price! I just bought some hand soap from the dollar store, and it works perfectly.
This soap belongs in every room of my home. Love the texture, love the scent. Men and women are both fans of the smell & how it feels. Super underrated item.
I’ve gone through about 4 bottles of this hand wash and gifted it as well and it’s a great hand wash! It doesn’t flare up my eczema and it keeps my hands soft and clean with a mild lingering fragrance that isn’t overpowering As others have mentioned, it’s difficult to open the pump. It feels as though you can easubreak it. Otherwise it’s a great hand soap!

love this soap but for a $50 bottle of hand soap the pumps shouldnt be that hard to get to work. i had to remove them put them under water and try to turn them with a towel to gte them to pop up and its just unecessary. they should replace them with better ones but otherwise amazing smell and soap
I bought the hand wash and hand lotion a couple of months ago and really love both. The hand wash is lovely, laters nicely and leaves a slight citrus fresh smell. The lotion is on the lighter side weight-wise, but perfect for hand lotion (or body lotion in summer months when a thick moisturizer isn't required.) I love the packaging, nice quality plastic and pump and also simple /elegant design.

Absolutely love the Ouai hand wash and lotion. Not only does it keep my hands soft and smells amazing but it looks great on my bathroom counter.
