I’ve been using this conditioner since the summer of 2025 and I haven’t noticed anything different. I’ve used better drugstore conditioners that make my hair instantly feel smooth and soft. This one even after countless uses and letting it sit in my hair, i dont see a difference. I have dry, thick hair.

I’m obsessed with their products and this was no exception. Its luxurious texture makes my hair feel immediately nourished and healthy. It is designed to only need a tiny bit because it’s highly concentrated. I’m super impressed with its formulation as well. My hair has gotten a bit weaker with age as I’m in my 40s now and this is making my hair feel stronger again.
Truly leaves my hair feeling smooth & hydrated. This conditioner is one of my favorites to keep in stock, especially for guests, because it’s great for all hair types! (Posted on shampoo also) After receiving some Briogeo samples I decided to buy this. I had an allergic reaction on my neck and ears, and could not figure out if it was this or the Act and Acre Salicylic acid scalp treatment. Well after 3 visits to urgent care, multiple steroid creams and a course of antibiotics, I healed up, and tried this product once more. This time, same reaction, with a massive reaction on my scalp that caused itching and sloughing. For context I do not have sensitive skin and try new products on my face/hair/scalp all of the time, but never had anything like this happen. Stay away. Not only this but I am out $69 TIMES TWO as I tried to return/get store credit but Sephora only processes refunds 30 days after purchase.
Didn't like it the first time but tried it and gave it a chance. I don't like it at all. It leaves my hair dry and dull. Since I tried to give it a chance I lost my window to return it and now I am stuck with a big bottle.
Tried many other conditioners and leave ins for my dry and stiff hair (resulting from overdoing protein treatments and bleach), and this Briogeo conditioner was the only one that restored “slip” and softness! soft
I purchased both the Don’t Despair shampoo and conditioner. I’ve given it 3 months (daily) and I have to say, my thin, fine hair is a snarly mess. The shampoo cleanses, but after working the conditioner through my hair, I CAN BARELY FINGER-comb it
