Greasy but not hydrating
This is a greasy mess for me. I've given it many tries but it leaves my skin and shower feelings pretty gross. Not to mention the perfume is unpleasant. My hair doesn't feel clean after using because of how heavy this is, and I have medium-thick strands, and dense, long texturised coily hair. Mizani in general is a no for me, but I feel I really liked this brand back in the early 2000s.

A great leave-in
I am not a fan of the leave-in, but this is a fantastic product. I have long, fine, very color-treated hair. I notice a major difference in manageability when I use it. Always make a point to leave in for at least 15 mins. Will be repurchasing soon.

Garbage for coils or black hair
How can this be hydrating with cetearyl alcohol as the second ingredient? Coily hair types are not helped by this, yet you market it to us. You can't use any product with alcohol in it and have black hair and expect it to be moisturizing. I'm so sick of companies saying one thing to hop on a trend to get you to buy, only to find out that it's the same old garbage with a new lable and slogan.
