Flush Balm Cream Blush

I've experimented in every way possible with this blush, it truly leaves just a very faint pigmented color whether it's on cheeks or lips. it has absolutely no staying power. the color is beautiful, I've applied it with both the appropriate brush & fingertips. it's a beautiful color for anybody with green or blue eyes and whiter gray hair, sadly has no staying power. I'm very disappointed

I love this product. Had to buy a replacement for mine, which I lost somewhere. It is more costly than others with similar rich shades (Colorpop has some nice lower cost powder blushes in a lot of rich shades) but I like the color and the moisturizing effect of this cream blush. I've seen some reviews that say it dissolves into the skin and doesn't have staying power. I do use it over foundation that I've allowed to dry but I also set it with a translucent powder. I think that really helps it stay.

As a man who prefers an extremely subtle blush, Persimmon gives me exactly the effect I wanted. I use a minuscule amount, just enough to give my face a little shape and make it look like I may have spent a bit of time in the sun. No one has ever picked up that I am wearing blush. When I have told friends, they were genuinely surprised and said they thought I simply looked radiant that day. Persimmon looked much brighter and more obviously orange-red than the natural blush I was seeking, so I nearly chose Beverly Hills or Fox instead. On my light-to-medium skin with a neutral undertone, which tans easily, it applies far more naturally than it appears in the packaging. Used lightly, it becomes a believable warm flush rather than a bold orange-red blush. The formula is sheer, forgiving, and incredibly easy to control. I can tap it in with my fingers or use a brush, and both methods work well. I also like mixing a tiny amount with MERIT Bronze Balm because the two products blend together effortlessly and create natural-looking warmth and definition. It may not be the longest-lasting blush on its own, but a little powder and sometimes a small amount of setting spray help it last well enough for me without creating a heavily set makeup look. My only minor criticism is the packaging. The round container is a little chunky for my toiletry bag, and when the domed balm is still new, I have occasionally nicked it while replacing the lid. It becomes less of an issue as the dome wears down, so it is not a dealbreaker. Overall, this is effortless, flattering, and almost impossible to get wrong when used lightly. Persimmon gives me exactly the subtle, sun-touched effect I want.

I wasn’t as impressed as I expected. The blush is smooth and the contour of the balm makes it easy to apply. However I found the pigment wasn’t as rich as I hoped, mostly dissolving when I blended it with my finders

Tiny pot of blush, the color Stockholm is pretty but it lasts 10 minutes on my primed and foundation face, no matter what I do I can’t build it up and it’s gone before I leave my house, I git the red one at Christmas and it does deliver mor color but I am done with Merit. They don’t know what they’re doing. Not cute.

I got this as part of my birthday gift, and I loved it! As a girl who doesn’t wear blush and has very pale skin, this was a great intro into blushes as it’s very light coverage. It glides right on, and I use a dense brush to even it out on the skin. It looks like natural blush. I also love the mini size to it because I doesn’t take up much space in a purse or clutch

I’ve been using this for almost a month and I still don’t like it, it takes a lot of product to actually notice it and that’s if I blend it with my fingers, if I use a brush it’ll completely disappear. Also the shade is more pinkish than brown and I got it because I thought it was more brown. Definitely doesn’t look that same tone as the picture.

I received this as part of a birthday reward. Although the size is small, the pigmentation is great! A bit goes along way. This has been one of my go to blushes.
