For $28 I’d expect an eyebrow pencil to last longer than 9 days. I’ve been using it daily just like a regular brow pencil, and today I come to find it’s already run out. It’s August 29th. I purchased it on August 20th. Absolutely ridiculous.
I like this product which is why it gets two stars, but it's advertised as refillable, and the refills are ALWAYS out of stock. I've been on the waitlist for a year now, and the refill is not even offered at Sephora anymore. That was part of the reason I starting paying more for this eyebrow pencil, because of the refills. But it feels like false advertising.
I love this brow pencil. I wish there was more product in it for the high price. Remember to always put cap on otherwise it will dry out.

This pencil gives me the BEST most natural looking eyebrows!! I’m sad the refills are no longer available making this product too expensive to replace every time I run out. Please bring back the refills!!!

I like the product OK, but the pencil is super thin and likely won't last long. The big reason for only 3 stars is because I was disappointed to learn that refills are only available in a couple dark colors, and are not available on Sephora.com. I chose this product specifically because I wanted to avoid the landfill waste and expense of re-purchase.
OMG GET ITTT. I have been wanting to use an eyebrow pencile in my full face of makeup daily routine, I used to only use gel as it was so hard to find a shade that matched my hair. My hair color is light brown with golden blonde and a bit of ginger but I didn’t want to make my brows look lighter… but also not black dark where it looks like a joke… I love Charlotte tilbury as a brand so shopping for eyebrows means Charlotte tilbury! I was looking at which colors were for which shade and this was the one! I got this in person so I could try it in the store and I was so exited!! This columned my light eyebrows without mwkint it look weird. Go get it
