Quality issue.
Would have given a higher rating if the device still worked. Purchased in September 2024 and as of end of May it stopped working. Hoping to get refund, credit or replacement from Sephora.

Over priced for what the device offers
Way too over priced for what it does. So many more out there for $200 to $350 that have light therapy included in the device, plus vibration and some have air shots, much more effective for hydration and wrinkles. I would say save your money

Not charging and just opened package
I received the unit, unpacked it, and connected it to the charger. The indicator light began blinking rapidly, which the instructions state is normal during charging and should stop once the device is fully charged. However, by the following morning, the light was still blinking rapidly. I disconnected the charger and attempted to use the device, but it only operated for approximately three seconds before shutting off. After reading other customer reviews describing similar issues—including short operating times, glitches, and devices that eventually stopped working altogether—I have decided to return the product within the return window rather than risk encountering the same problems.

One of the best skincare devices I have tried. Worth every penny. I realized as I approached 40 how puffy my face gets after waking up. I use this on my face, down my neck and chest every morning and I swear all the bloat and puffiness is gone. This is worth every penny. I use it mostly on the lower settings and gently glide it over my face. I use it like I would use a guasha.

I really love this massage gun for relieving face tension and lymphatic drainage. Wrinkles, I wouldn’t say I’ve witnessed a miracle. Been using it everyday for a year. I did extensive research before buying this and found out that this device is actually made by a German company called Novafon. They have made a beautiful streamline sound wave device that is superior to a regular massage gun. Shani Darden then just kinda slapped her name on it for the USA customers
