A little bit can go a long way, so I find just a couple pumps on wet/damp hair with a lil extra on my ends, style as usual and my hair feels so much healthier. I also like to rub some on my hands and run it through dry hair between wash days to help detangle and revitalize. I’ve noticed a huge difference in the last month!
