On 'Til Dawn Mattifying Waterproof Setting Spray

I tried it out today and honestly I does hold but I dabbed it with a napkin cause water got on me and it smudged off

This worked ok. I wanted to love but didn’t feel like it held that long and that I got a lot of use out of the bottle. I’m going to be going back to urban decay spray.

This will be the first time that I feel this way about this makeup line but I have to say that I am so disappointed in this product. I was so excited to purchase it and couldn't wait to put it in use. The first time putting it on I wore it to a friends Labor Day boat ride and I thought that it would be perfect! The weather was nice and cool so I didn't sweat at all, but it didn't look that way! I went to the bathroom & when I looked in the mirror & saw my face, I noticed that the setting spray was creating separation within my makeup! I was horrified because I didn't bring anything to correct this action & because I didn't feel the need to do so since this was supposed to be a mattifying, waterproof setting spray! Are you kidding me? And not to mention, my face had not been in any water!!! I was so upset! I started patting my face with a cloth to no avail, when I started trying to correct the creases by rubbing a little, everything started coming off!!!! I'm angry all over again just thinking about it. I've used another setting spray from another popular brand that now that I look back on it, I absolutely loved & will be buying it again. I can't say it enough, this product for me was so disappointing. All I can say to makeup consumers is, buyer beware! If you anything like me, with normal skin, not oily skin, I would try other brands before trying this one however, you may have a more positive experience than I did. It's just not for me.

I did not like this product it was too mattifying to the point my skin felt like it was peal-able and as if the makeup was wearing my face it was uncomfortable.

I ordered this product like 2 weeks ago and had just tried it out a few days ago and honestly in my opinion I don’t really know how I feel about it. First and foremost, my skin originally is very dry and I had bought this setting spray with the intention of hoping it would have held my full face makeup together for almost 9 hours total. It did hold the majority of my makeup together but then I was noticing after just two hours in, I was getting crease marks or like makeup separation around my nose. Therefore, I wasn’t very happy about that. Side note though, the first time I tried this setting spray was when I didn’t have a full face a makeup and held perfect! So in my defense I give this setting spray a 50/50. Because it worked great for me when I have light makeup on but not when I have a full face.

I work in an er and this is one of like 2 or 3 products that help me not get greasy! I’m talking 12 hr shifts and I’m staying matte. 10/10 it’s worth it fr I got the travel size to try it and now I ordered two just incase it’s not in stock when I run out of the first one

I stay matte all day and makeup doesn’t move. My favorite product. I will only buy this spray nothing else. Purchased with own money. Finally, thats works. 🙂

the best setting spray ever, my makeup doesn’t budge at all when i use it! the only problem is the sprayer almost always either comes broken or breaks after a few uses :( would be perfect if the packaging was better

This spray changed my summer makeup routine. My makeup doesn't budge all day when I bake with a loose setting powder, then spray this product liberally. Perfect. I have normal skin.

Would’ve given it a 5 in terms of wear seals, no transfer, long wear (like all day). Downside -the spray unevenness as the bottle empties spray becomes sporadic and patchy. Also, it’s made with alcohol. If they a no alcohol alternative that would be amazing. I find it to be a little harsh on the skin & cause breakouts. I’m currently trying to find a replacement or something very compatible with this spray, because it is one of one. However,it distributes my skin balance causing breakouts. If anyone has suggestions…please advise…thank you.
