This brush cleaner makes cleaning so easy and fast. I actually want to clean my brushes with this product and I think that’s a huge win. The trying time is not bad if you let your brushes sit out overnight. This REALLY gets all the gunk out. 
The smell is so much better than the original scent. Please don't ever discontinue the lemon scent!
So far so good :) in esthetics and use it to clean my makeup brushes after doing makeup looks in school . Great to have if you’re into makeup and dirty brushes constantly or a quick clean in between makeup use .
Cleans brushes quickly and effectively, and is gentle on the bristles. Product is fragranced, but I don't find it to be strongly so, and the fragrance is definitely not noticeable the next time you use a brush.
I’ve been using this for a long while and definitely love it. I like it better than the blue one because it won’t color light colored bristles. It actually gets the brushes clean much quicker than soap & scrubbing. It is my preferred way to clean my brushes. The only downside is if the cleaner slides down the bristles to the glue, it will kill the glue and you will lost bristles. Happens more common with cheaper brushes.
This makeup brush cleaner has been amazing! I've been using this cleaner for years now, and I don't use anything else. It doesn't ruin my brushes’ bristles and leaves them super clean. I also have my original 4 luxury Hourglass brushes I got around the same time I first purchased this brush cleaner! I just cleaned my OG makeup brushes in this photo, and these are them after about 30-60 minutes of dry time.

The original blue CS cleaner is a holy grail of mine but I've always disliked the scent of it and the fact that the liquid tends to dye my light colored brushes blue. That being said, I was so excited to see that they released a new scent with no added coloring to the liquid, but after using this for the last year or so I can definitively say that this product has destroyed more than a few of my favorite brushes by eroding the glue over time. I've always followed the cleaning instructions in detail and never let my brushes dip more than a quarter into the liquid, but the liquid still absorbs up into the base of my brushes and over time has completely eroded the glue in many of them (including my favorite large powder brush). I've never had this issue with the original blue formula and can only guess that the inclusion of lemon in this has to be what makes it so destructive to my brushes compared to the original. Would NOT recommend this over the original formula if you're looking for a long-term solution to maintaining brush sanitization between deep cleans.
Why don't more people talk about this? Follow the instructions on the bottle. It cleaned my brushes in 5 seconds and they dried quickly and softly.
I love using this product to clean my brushes. This new smell that they came out with is not overbearing and I find it quite pleasant compared to the original formula. Highly recommend.
