Ultra Repair Hydration Boost Serum with Colloidal Oatmeal + Hyaluronic Acid

I adore First Aid Beauty products and have been a loyal customer for years. I am extremely frustrated and outright disgusted by the misleading product info. It says "50mL" but you are only getting 30mL, which is outrageous for the cost of the product. I want to keep supporting, but not at this price and for this misleading information. Unfortunately, it's time for me to switch to another product/source with more integrity.

I am beyond upset about the price increase AND reduced amount. First Aid Beauty has been my go to for my quality sensitive skincare for a decent price. You just lost a loyal customer.

I have been using the old version for many years and thought the new packaging would be the same but It caused really bad breakouts and when I did some searching it showes they increased some ingredients and reduced the ingredient that helped with acne prone skin ingredients and reduced

why do you say new look same trusted formula when it's a completely different formula?!?!! you're just ripping people off knowingly who have spent money on your products for years and years this makes me sick and I have when brands have a "new look" they always like and change the formula too but try to scan as many people before everyone realizes it's almost half the size and and half the ingredients pathetic

I loved this product before the repackaging. I’ve been using the new bottle for the past few days, and I’ve developed a bunch of small red bumps on my face and neck. It got better when I went back to the old bottle, but I’ve run out. It really sucks because I have eczema, and I’ll probably have to test other products now. I really hope they bring back the old formula!

I’ve been a faithful user of this product (and all first aid beauty products) for years. When the new bottle came, it’s not 1 oz as opposed to 1.7 oz, despite being advertised as 1.7 oz. The significant size change gives me the ick, there is no integrity with FAB

Such an amazing product!! I love everything from this brand but this is one of my top two products. Instantly hydrates my eczema skin and helped it so much. If you pair it with the ultra repair face cream you will never go back so insanely hydrating!!!
