3-stars. Smells wonderful. I wished it detangled my hair better and made it smoother. It didn’t add any softness or slip to the hair. It’s not a bad mask but Amika’s hair mask is way better. Will not repurchase

If you have fragrance allergies, stay away. After five minutes on my hair, my throat and nose were itching and I got a sinus headache.
I am grateful for samples because it saves me and Sephora a lot of returns. This was a one use sample and I liked it, soft, shiny hair, easy to dry and style. Then, the itching started and continues to the next morning, when I wash the best I can to get it out of my system, as it contains one of the ethylene glycols that is used in many products. Happens that it does not agree with me and I have to avoid it. Check ingredients and read all the reviews, which I do before making purchases.
I have been using Briogeo’s avocado deep moisture mask for years and wanted to see if this one could be more moisturizing - it is, by far! I was shocked at how soft my strands felt after using this mask. I’ve used it twice now and allowing it to sit 20 minutes is key.

made my hair so soft my hairdresser complimented it. also huge fan of the fragrance- i will say it reminded me of what abercrombie used to smell like in the early 2000s, but all grown up. rinses well but i've noticed more shoulder acne while using it so i clip my hair up to let it sit before rinsing away from the body
The texture is weird but very easy to apply, so it is ok. Smell is awesome. Hydration is pretty good.
I love this mask! I was pretty loyal to Amika’s mask but this one makes my fine, curly hair amazing! It moisturizes without weighing my hair down which for me is huge and the scent is amazing!! It’s very sweet but musky and feels much more mature and sexy than other masks I’ve tried.
Just finished the container, good product overall. The scent is nice and there is a lot of product. I used once a week in place of conditioner. Product is on the thinner side, not as thick as the Ouai hair mask. Overall, I liked the product but will be purchasing something new.
