Didn’t notice much immediate relief for breakouts. Maybe would work better for deep acne that has yet to surface. But for immediate clearing I’d use the topicals clearing cream

If you have cystic acne this is what you need for breakouts. It's really not for whiteheads but if you use this as a spot treatment on surfaced cystic flair ups, it helps so so so much to the point I have never seen another product. Used the entire thing, will be re-purchasing!

Must have for hormonal acne!
I don’t normally write reviews, however this product deserves the recognition. I suffer from horrible horrible hormonal acne along my jawline and neck. Nothing has ever relieved that until i found this. Within a day or 2, the pain is gone. It is pricey, but you use such a small amount so it lasts awhile. Amazing product.

its effective in helping cystic acne that has come to the surface. but leaves the post acne pigmentation. however I am giving it 3 stars because every time I open the container the cap is so sharp on the rim that I get cut deeply trying to twist the cap off. i have tried to use a tissue or towel as a buffer but it can slice right through it. please be careful opening!!!!
