My $30 knockoff worked way better. Returned. Not worth the money

My mother bought me a Nuface mini for my birthday at Sephora. It stopped working after 3 weeks of use. I immediately called Sephora for support and was shocked at the poor customer service. ONLY purchase this product directly from Nuface. I was shocked at sephoras poor customer service. Since I received the product 30 days after purchase there said there was nothing they could do. They said too bad, I had to contact Nuface directly for support. I really liked the product, but clearly it’s poorly made to stop working so quickly and I would never buy anything so expensive from Sephora again.

Little bit powerful! Love this product and it does exactly what is promised. Love that it is travel size so I can literally take it everywhere, the kit comes with all the products needed to complete your routine. There’s also an app available which gives detailed routines and tell exactly which products are to be used, it also tracks your progress through photo captures before and after each routine. Definitely getting bang for your buck

I love my nuface, I have the larger version but I feel that the mini version is perfect since it reaches some areas of my face or neck more easily. I love that I have seen changes in my skin, much more lifted and youthful. I already want to see more results but I am loving it.

I recommend this product so much. I have been using it and I can feel I have seen a change. It makes your face look more snatched. I use it every day in the morning before doing my skincare routine. It’s easy to use

I cannot say enough good things about this device. I use it every day for a full routine on my face and neck. I love the results it provides both short and long-term!! My jaw and cheeks become way more defined and I notice my Prost s also absorb so much. Enter after a NuFACE routine in the mornings.

I’m just not seeing it work like most of these products . They need to put older women on here mature too. These girls are young and have no wrinkles to worry about. Mine was broke and I can’t take it back so for the cost I’m super mad. Not coll

The nuface mini is PERFECT for busy gals who wanna look snatched and have a lil facial routine. it’s such a powerful little device! Really only takes 5 min to have a snatched look, but even better overtime as you keep using it. I downloaded the app and it is fool proof on how to use it!

I missed the return by hours. Not powerful. Nothing has changed. It's a hoax in my book.
