I’ve been using this product + FaceWare Pro for the last 3 months and seeing a noticeable difference! I use it for a minimum of 9 minutes (morning and night) after cleaning and then follow with my serums.
I put this on my eyes. It made me look like Spiderman! I decided after seeing that I looked like Spiderman to get one for my 8 year old son. He didn't like it :(
Love this device. So easy to use in only 3 min. I see a noticeable difference in the elasticity and brightness of my skin around the eyes after having used this for several months nightly. DDG did it again!

stopped working after 4 uses -- this is ridiculous
Stopped working after couple months! Randomly doesn’t want to charge anymore. Yes I tried different wires checked outlets etc. yes I saw improvement and it feels nice but what am I supposed to do now that it doesn’t want to charge anymore?
This LED EyeCare Max Pro quit working after only 2-3 months of use! I had it in my possession for less than 3 months! It will charge, show that it is charging-with power light (attached picture), but will no longer turn on. I contacted Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare customer service 3 times online with no response from them! The customer service of it all (lack there of I should say, from the brand) is what bothers me the most! Just fyi in the short time I had it and was able to use it (~2 1/2 months) I did not notice a difference in my eye area. It also fits looser than expected-even making straps on the back as tight as possible, I still felt like I needed to hold it to my face for it to stay in the correct place. Consider my review before purchasing this product. Looks like others also had this happen to them. I spent my own money, and this review is not incentivized.
You don’t need it but if you want to try it out go ahead! Not worth though, I’ve used it for 4 months haven’t seen any changes yet.
After having it for only 3 months it stopped working. I did not notice an improvement. Not worth it, in my opinion.
I have used this for almost 30 days straight and the results are AMAZING. Only issue I have is that it says the charge will last 30 days and it lasted 18. Other than that - visible notice in crows feet and lift.
