Banana Bright Mineral Face Sunscreen SPF 30

I really like this it with a couple caveats. First, this is likely going to leave a cast on medium-dark skin. Second, there are 4 common triggers in this formula that make in not suitable for sensitive skin: Butyloctyl Salicylate (chemical sunscreen), Niacinamide, vitamin C, and fragrance. That said, I think the texture and finish is really nice on my skin. I think anyone who doesn’t have issues with the things mentioned above will enjoy this sunscreen.

I have been looking for a good mineral sunscreen for a long time. and usually they are very greasy, but chemical sunscreens make me break out. As others have mentioned this smells wonderful. It is very lightweight. It does give you a little bit of a white sheen on your skin (less than most others), but I usually put a BB cream over it. I'll definitely be stocking up on this every time they have a sale!

i LOVE this sunscreen. I literally get excited for the winter months when I can use this again. It is 30 spf which is not feasible for me in the summer but is perfect for the winter when I can go without as much protection. I don't even know where to begin. The smell, the look, the feel, it is so perfect. Also a great way to get in vitamin C and the price is soooo reasonable for what it does. It blends in AMAZINGLY and has the perfect texture of being sticky but not being greasy at all. This makes it a great primer under makeup (the sticky texture can emphasize dry skin so definitely be sure to moisturize) and helps my concealer stay on longer. It also just makes your skin look SO beautiful and healthy, I would buy this even for cosmetic purposes alone. I find there is no tint at all just a slight blurring effect and I get so many compliments when I wear it without makeup. I never write reviews I just love this so much, Ole Henriksen really knocked it out of the park.

Just purchased this on 5/26/25 from my local Sephora on sale, please be aware that products on sale may be expired. The formula was completely broken apart. Do better Sephora!

No sponsored ⋆˙⟡♡ it has a bit of orange smell ? It doesn’t bother me but if you hate smells then you won’t like it. Also can feel a bit tacky if you don’t apply a good moisturizer before. Very little to not white cast.

Pills and stays tacky on the skin. I tried applying it different ways and using powders on top for the tackiness but it just didn’t work. Smells lightly of oranges and it has a light tint which i liked, felt refreshing upon application.

This sunscreen has a refreshing orangey smell. It has been a great addition to my daily routine as it doesn’t leave a greasy film on the skin or cause breakouts. Very light weight and absorbent. I received this product as a free sample.

love this sunscreen! I typically use lower spfs within the colder months (instead of 50 spf) and I find this works well! I have medium tan skin with neutral undertones and this leaves no white cast on my skin, also no pilling and it does not make my eyes water either. The scent is also tolerable too! Highly recommend!

I used this for a week and saw difference as I am driving daily for 30 min so due to sun I get tanned. So it helped me to get away from that tan must try

My new favorite mineral sunscreen! It blends in so easily for mineral and it feels lightweight and hydrating. Doesn’t break me out or give me a white cast look.
