Smells great but arrived completely dried up
I want to love it so badly…This stuff smells great and leaves my scalp and roots feeling good and clean. I think i would love it if it had arrived in “whipped” form. I ordered online and when it got to me it was a hard dried ball of product. I’ve been using it anyway, adding water to make it easier to work with. It’s super hard to get onto my roots since it is so dried up and I’m having to use way more product than i should.

Not for sensitive scalp!
It has amazing ingredients and is sulfate-free which I appreciate. It has a pleasant scent that isn't too overwhelming. When applied to the scalp, it has a cooling and refreshing sensation. However, if you have a sensitive scalp like me, this may not be for you. It was too abrasive on my scalp because it doesn't glide easily. It's a shame because it really cleaned up all the build-up and oiliness.

Caution if you have dermatitis
Made my scalp burn. I had some scalp buildup that was itchy so I guess my scalp was irritated but the scrub made it instantly burn.

Honest, non gifted review
I bought this with my own money. Every other review has been gifted this product but I couldn’t find any reviews from people who actually bought this. After noticing some build up on my scalp I have been looking for a scalp exfoliant. This doesn’t lather like advertised and hurts so bad if it gets in your eyes, which is really easy to do while washing off . Because this is made of salt
