I use this with the shampoo about 2-3 times a month, so it lasts. I have color treated dense curly. coarse 3 B-C hair that is somewhat fragile. This makes my hair so conditioned and moisturized without weighing down. It is like my hair needs this to balance out whatever it is that makes it lifeless. The scent is a cologne-type scent of medium strength which I am not a fan of, but after I put my styling products on I don't smell it anymore. I use it in the shower, not as an overnight or lengthy mask. Highly recommend, if your hair is not responding to other types of conditioning treatments.
