I bought the mini sample set to try because I have been using the niacinamide serum for years with other products and yes it has controlled the sebum and oil but I was still breaking out in acne(mind you, im almost 40 and have sensitive skin and eczema). Ive run out of the face wash and almost the gel moisturizer and will def be buying this full sized acne system from the ordinary. I also use Paula choice skin perfecting liquid exfoliant with this set. I'll use the wash then the exfoliant, serum and then gel moisturizer. my skin is soo soft now, its more hydrated and plump, little to no break outs. I still do get the odd pimples here and there BUT only when it is that time of the month for me. overall the quality of my skin has improved greatly. The ordinary is my favorite products to use.

GOOD IF: Start slowly: Do not use the Salicylic Acid serum every single night right away. Use it 2 to 3 times a week at first. If your skin does not get dry or red after two weeks, you can slowly increase usage to every night.Be patient: Deeply clogged pores take time to clear. It generally takes 4 to 6 weeks of consistent use to see a visible flattening of texture and smoother skin.

After using this product for around five weeks my skin was almost clear and before I had really oily skin and a acne break out

helped a bit with acne but my face is so dry its flaking and nothing is helping so I'm stopping using this set completely and going to try something else. I went back to my regular moisturizer and its doing its best to fix what this product did...

Bought as a gift for my boyfriend who has oily and acne prone skin. The one downside is that there really isn’t much product and especially for someone to use this everyday you would likely need to replace it in a month. However I have personally used this kit and it worked really nicely with my skin, but I know products like this can be selective on the person.
After two to three weeks my acne was all gone except for some acne scars, it works wonders!!! Definitely recommend!!!
