I get sore after running and like to spray then massage this into my legs. The texture is a little greasy. After a while there is a noticeable reduction in soreness and it’s gone the next day. This magnesium spray also helps with restless legs!
My body absolutely loves this magnesium spray. I have a lot of muscle tension from an overactive nervous system and I have tried so many things over the years, including magnesium powder. The way this stuff soaks into my skin and melts tension is genuinely amazing. I just spray some into my hand and then rub into the part of my body that is sore/tight/tense and let it do it's thing. You can use it when you need, but I like putting it on before bed so it can work its magic while I sleep.

I didn’t think this would help to be honest but I’ve been trying it for playing soccer and my runs and I really do feel a decrease in my muscle soreness. Definitely recommend!

It’s burns so badly! No matter where I spray this on my body, it always burns. The deadness goes down after a few minutes but the stinging sensation lasts a while.

I use this at night after a long day showing houses. I notice my legs feel more relaxed about 30 minutes after spraying it so it’s perfect before I go to bed. It can be a bit drying so make sure you use lotion too
