One of the best foundations that I have ever used. Medium coverage, glowy finish. Even at the end of the day I can see glow on my face with this product. And I don`t need to use any glow primer under makeup. It`s like using tinted skincare product.
This was pretty much what I was looking for. Something that was not full coverage, not matte or too drying. It just looks like my skin basically.
I bought this foundation because it seemed like the closest alternative to Dior Backstage. Unfortunately it’s absolutely nothing like it. It provides almost no coverage, even when I apply several layers. The formula is extremely thin and watery, and it starts running and wearing off throughout the day. Honestly, it feels like a complete waste of money. I can’t wait for Dior Backstage to be back in stock because this foundation is just awful
I have very dry skin and I also go through a proper skin care before using any foundation but this one blended so well with minimum skin care. I would highly recommend this to dry skin/ combination skin girlies.
Another great product sold out to the trend of skin care in makeup and reformulated into something terrible. Sad to watch great brands succumb to passing fads instead of just sticking with a good product. They'll switch back in a few years because eventually everyone will realize it's not actually a great idea and they're loading their skin with too much product, and they'll be onto her next thing. By then we'll all have found something better to replace it and brand/product loyalty will be gone.
Very impressive shade matching, but the formula isn’t my favorite. It started cracking after walking outside for about an hour and before 2 hours had passed my forward coverage was completely gone. If I’m staying indoors or doing an activity that doesn’t require sweating, it works perfectly.
I’m so disappointed that they switched from the original HD skin to this line. The HD skin was the perfect lightweight coverage. The HD skin Hydra glow becomes so smeary on my face and is causing breakouts. Now I have no idea which foundation to switch to, and I spent way too much money for nothing.
This looked great at first, then completely rubbed off by noon. I set it as I set all my foundations - setting powder and setting spray, but it did not last at all. Otherwise, it looks great for 20 minutes.
Really wanted to love this product as it was highly recommended by a sales associate. It is probably the worst foundation I have ever tried. It did not matter if I used primer this product would not absorb into the skin. It would not blend with brushes, beauty blenders, fingers etc. It would simply sit on the skin and leave faint brush stroke lines and/or weird spots. It eventually would settle into foundation like freckles
As a model I have used this for YEARSS it is my absolute go to, and the way it builds and photographs is amazing. Even though it’s a glowy foundation, I’ve never had issues with flashback as long as I’ve used powder to set. Can be super lightweight and sheer if you’d like or can be more full coverage with more application. The way it makes you glow is something that’s hard to find in most products, and I always get compliments on it!
