[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I enjoyed this fresh smelling scrub. The way this melts into the skin and allows you to gently exfoliate and moisturize is so comforting. This is a luxurious treat for bath time.
I’m a huge fan of Josie Maran products, and this scrub left my skin feeling amazingly nice and soft! The sugar balm texture is incredibly nourishing and hydrating. The Bohemian Fig scent itself is really pretty, I just personally wish it was a little bit stronger and lasted longer. Still a fantastic product for achieving smooth skin, and the travel pouch packaging is super convenient!

Super moisturizing and leaves my skin insanely soft and glowy without needing lotion after. The texture is rich and gentle, not scratchy at all. The Bohemian Fig scent is warm and unique, but definitely not for everyone-it's a little strong at first.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Scrub smells amazing! It's not harsh at all. It has enough sugar to exfoliate gently, and It leaves my hands nice and soft. It comes out easily, and you don't need to squeeze the pouch tight to get out the product. My only issue is that it dissolves very quickly once it hits water, so I tend to use a little more than I'd like to get a good scrub.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Tried the Josie Maran body scrub and it’s okay. Not overwhelmingly amazing and not bad either. It’s kind of a take it or leave it. My body did feel moisturized after using cause of the argan oil but I felt the bohemian fig scent changed tones over time and smells funky with my body chemistry. It lathered and rinsed fine and I didn’t feel like I had chunks of sugar left over after rinsing. Over a meh

I love the secure but easy to twist off lid. Leaves my body so silky smooth! I love to use before I apply my tan. I have no complaints about this product!
I was excited to try Josie Maran’s Bohemian Fig Body Scrub (with vetiver and vanilla orchid) and sadly didn’t have the best experience with my travel sized pouch. When I twisted the cap open, I was met with the acrid smell of old/bad oil. Upon initial application of the scrub, I found the scrub itself to have separated from the oil - the sugar scrub is on the thicker side, so there’s no way I could have combined them within the pouch (ie by shaking to mix). I emulsified the oil and scrub on my skin and appreciated that the sugar didn’t instantly dissolve - I was able to efficiently and comfortably exfoliate my skin. After washing the scrub off, my skin felt dried out and had a slightly tacky residue. I’m hoping my experience was a “one off” due to a fluke due to the oil being rancid.
Sugar dissolves way too fast so you’re just rubbing oil on. Not an efficient physical exfoliator as you have to use a lot of it. Scent is amazing though.

The sugar exfoliates well without feeling harsh, and the Argan oil leave my skin noticeable softer and moisturized after rising - no tight or dry feeling at all. The scent is warm, lightly sweet -I really enjoy this scent while on shower! The cap was hard to open due to the secured lock, and it’s harder to only get to it while both hands are wet… I suggest to open the cap before getting in .
I like the product itself but surprised no one is commenting on the smell. It’s not terrible but a little weird.
