When I first bought this I wasn't sure how to use it, but I figured it out from the online info. It's a clear solution. I put 3 pumps onto a cotton square and spread it all over my face. I use it right after I use my daily peel. After that I use my serums, then moisturizers. I really like this solution for several reasons. First, it goes on UNDER everything. Second, it REALLY WORKS. It keeps my skin clear and smooth. I have almost ZERO breakouts with this product. Third, it's gentle. It does not dry out my skin. I'm 68 and have combination oily/dry skin. I've had sporadic breakouts all my life (it's not fair to still have breakouts after getting grey hair!). This solution is the first thing I've ever tried that works exactly as I need it to. I love Dr. Gross skincare; it's all I use.

I’ve been using this product daily for about two weeks and have noticed that my skin feels and looks much cleaner. The blackheads on my nose and the small bumps on my forehead are gone. I’ve also applied this product on my chest, where I had some acne, and it is completely gone. I really love this product and recommend it!

Was in store to repurchase Paula's Choice BHA which I had been using for a long time. Was told by the rep that this was a better, more hydrating version so I was hopeful it would be exactly that. This did not work for me. Every time I used it I ended up with more pimples within hours. Not sure what's in here that my skin does not like but I didn't finish the bottle and I'm back to Paulas Choice. No reactions, and didn't dry me out but I wouldn't recommend.

This item was recommended to me by a floor associate when I was having trouble figuring out what blemish solution works best for me. I am in my 40s and most acne products are geared towards teenagers and young adults. She recommended this and it works great. I still have hormonal breakouts but they are much less severe with use of this product.

If you’re wondering if this works. It does!! It works wonders on reducing the size of pimples overnight! And for a couple days after a single use. It is NOT something I would put on my entire face. I apply it with a qtip only every time I have a break out.
