I like this product, but I find it a little too greasy for my liking. It feels like the grease just sits on the top of my skin without fully absorbing? I will continue to use it, but these are my first impressions.
I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do - but man! I’ve been using it as a tinted moisturizer and wearing this with only a bit of concealer when I wear makeup. I love it!! It has a great amount of glow & the SPF is a bonus..
I love kate somerville. I really like the new formula. The one that came in the white bottle made my face itch but this one is very moisturizing and no white cast which is shocking cuz im African American. The only complaint i have is that mine seem to be really thick compared to what ive seen online. I thought it would have the consistency of Tatcha but it’s extremely thick. Idk if i got a bad batch or what but i do like how it feels and no cast
The best mineral sunscreen for my face! I don’t think this will work for everyone, especially those with oily skin, but I love it for my super dry skin. Chemical sunscreen tends to make my eyes burn so badly that I needed a mineral sunscreen. This is such a good lightweight one that makes me skin feel dewy.
Doesn’t leave a white cast. Goes on invisible for my skin tone. (Fair.)
I’ve only used it once but i love it. It comes on a little oily at first but my skin absorbed it and I feel moisturized. I am on the dry side and I don’t put foundation on. So worn by itself works great. It didn’t feel greasy but an oily skin might not love it.
There is no way to use the proper amount of sunscreen and not look like you’ve rubbed your face in oil. I’ve tried adding different make up products on top but the formula doesn’t work it’s too shiny too shinshiny
I am 41, light complexion with combination skin. This is my new favorite daily spf. There is zero cast, zero stinging. It goes on VERY shiny but dries down to a desirable glow. It does not settle into fine lines. I do not wear foundation so I’m not sure how it wears under those products. I have “set” it with powder and that went well. I’ve applied NudeStix cream bronzer and blush over this and it was fine. There is a mild fragrance that dissipates within minutes. I will repurchase this!excellent protection.
I absolutely hate this product due to the packaging. A brand new bottle and I can barely get any product out when I squeeze it (despite shaking and storing upside down). Not at all worth it.
I only use strong mineral sunscreen with high percentage of zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. I saw this one with over 24% zinc oxide during the sale event. But I hate it only after using it once. It’s greasy and has big white cast. It lightens the color of my foundation that’s supposed to be a match for me. I would just stay with Ultra Violette Future Skin for strong protection and use Supergoop Glowscreen Soft-Radiance Drops Mineral to add luminosity/dewiness under foundation. They are my recent favorite sunscreens.
