This is the worst packaging for a cleanser I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and the lid developed a small crack that I didn’t notice until I went to use it and found the product had leaked out. The cleanser itself is fine, but I think there are equally good if not better ones at the drugstore for much cheaper.
I don’t even know where to start… my face is full of whiteheads and cystic acne. I thought I’d treat myself to a nice hydrating face wash recommended by aestheticians, but this is my biggest regret. After years of fighting acne, it’s back and worst than ever. And don’t get me started on the bottle leaking everywhere due to the cap. Don’t waste your money.
Love love love this product. Got it as a sample so purchased the full size. Like the other comments I HATE the packaging, wastes product and is messy and not convenient. Please fix xx
I have tried EVERY face wash out there. Dieux broke me out so bad I’m still recovering. My face hated the Tatcha face wash. Youth to the people is okay but didn’t improve. THIS IS PERFECT. It’s one of those easy to forget about products but will make a huge difference.
I really love the texture and how it lathers. I would have given it 5 stars, except the fragrance free is not correct. It has a really strong scent that I do not like.
FANTASTIC cleanser with very poor packaging. I have to leave this bottle leaning against my sink because of the way the twist cap is at the bottom of the packaging(?!). Like why. But I keep buying it anyways
I used it for the first time and it left my skin super dry and stiff. So uncomfortable.
Beware—this cleanser is not gentle despite its claims. Within seconds of applying it, my face started burning and stinging. After rinsing, my skin was painfully dry and irritated, and my skin barrier was clearly damaged. I rarely react to cleansers, so this was very unexpected. The damage from a single use has taken days to recover from. I would not recommend this to anyone, especially those with sensitive skin.
This is the most unhygienic packaging I have ever seen for a facial cleanser. I am genuinely shocked at how poorly it is designed. The hole that dispenses the cleanser comes in FULL CONTACT with whatever surface it is placed on. Really just weird. It also dispenses an absurd amount at once. It wastes a lot of product and is very messy. Cleanser itself is nice but I will not be repurchasing unless they fix the packaging.
One of my favorite cleansers. Has erased all my redness! I like the get to foam consistency as well
