UV Daily Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 40 Sunscreen

I’ve been using this sunscreen daily for a little while now and I really like how comfortable it feels on my skin. The texture is lightweight and smooth, so it spreads easily without feeling heavy or greasy. It gives my skin a healthy natural glow and sits really nicely under makeup too. I also like that it doesn’t leave a strong white cast or make my face feel sticky during the day. My skin feels hydrated and soft after applying it, almost like a moisturizer and sunscreen in one. It’s become one of those products I automatically reach for every morning because it feels gentle and easy to wear every day.

I received UV Daily Cream SPF 40 from Sulwhasoo. It comes with classic Sulwhasoo elegant packaging. The sunscreen has a lightweight texture that spreads smoothly without feeling greasy. It absorbs quickly, leaving a smooth finish that serves as an excellent base for makeup. The cream has a pleasant herbal fragrance that is subtle and fades quickly. With reliable SPF 40 protection, it effectively shields against UVA and UVB rays, suitable for daily use. Enriched with traditional Korean herbal ingredients, it hydrates and slightly brightens my skin. The price is a bit high for sunscreen.

I received this product to review, so I didn’t have to pay for it. I like the sunscreen, but man is it expensive! I cannot imagine paying so much for such a small bottle of sunscreen, but if you have the money and want the best this is a good buy. It goes on well, seems to last long, and smells good in my opinion. The packaging is nice and portable, and the hole is small enough to make dispensing the product very efficient. You don’t need much of this stuff. Overall I’d recommend if you want to spend this much, but this product is way overpriced in my opinion.

I finished 3 bottles of this, so I feel like I’ve given it a pretty fair try! The best thing about this sunscreen is that it’s FSA/HSA eligible. Otherwise, I think it’s pretty expensive for a sunscreen. I wouldn’t recommend it for summertime if you have oily or combination skin. It feels greasy—or more like very shiny—after applying, and if you put foundation on top, your face will probably look shiny all day unless you use translucent powder. I think it would work better in the winter, especially if you have dry skin. It has a nice smell, and the packaging feels really high-quality and expensive. I also didn’t experience any breakouts or sensitivity while using it. Overall, if you have some money left in your FSA/HSA account, I’d say give it a try, especially during the winter if you have dry skin!

Why do so many Korean SPF products use chemicals that are proven endocrine (hormone) disruptors and pollutants? But hey, if you don’t want kids, or you want early menopause, this SPF is for you.

I am in love with this spf at the moment! The packaging is beautiful as always with this brand. It's creamy, doesn't leave a white cast at all and melts in your skin leaving your skin feeling like silk. It's a chemical sunscreen and it has a light herbal fragrance, a bit like Jasmine in my opinion. I've been enjoying using it on days I don't wear makeup and I would love to try one with some tint next time. The packaging is gorgeous and elegant. It's more a product to keep in your vanity than a product to carry outside out and about. I think this would work good with light makeup.
