Formula is fine. It’s a heavy bottle and with two bottles now it’s fallen in my shower and dislodged the pump so it’ll leak if you don’t store it upside down. Then to use it you have to cover the hole in the bottom to get the pump working. Too annoying to repurchase.
Soft and gentle, didn’t find it hydrating necessarily but it doesn’t dry me out as other products do. This is great for my eczema skin
I really loved this product! It worked really well and didn't burn my eyes. The only negative thing I have to say is it smelled like old hand soap, but other than that it was perfect.
After trying many cleansers that either did nothing for my skin or made it worse, it was a relief to finally find this one, its gentle and doesn’t like your skin feeling dried out and tight after using.
I picked this cleanser cause I was in need of a makeup remover that wouldn’t bother my eyes if they got in them, was a cleanser and trusted brand I’m happy to report this product checked all the boxes and I will repurchase if I need one but I won’t anytime soon
What I like about it: . The formula is really, really gentle. If you accidentally swab your eyes with soap you won’t feel ANY burning. What might be a downside: . Since this is a gentle soap, if you want your skin to feel squeaky clean you will need to massage the cleanser into your face LONGER than you would for other cleansers. Otherwise you’ll occasionally notice that some areas of your face(example: T-zone, forehead) still feel unclean after a wash. Summary . gentle formula . no burning sensations . great for rosacea . longer massage time needed
I don’t recommend this product if u have dry skin. I have super sensitive skin and eczema in my eyes and it just got worse with this cleanser
This is probably the best face wash I have ever used. It’s so gentle and wipes my mascara right off without irritating my eyes. I will forever be buying this
I wouldn’t recommend this cleanser. I have acne-prone, oily-combo skin. While it doesn’t break me out, it dries out my skin so badly and leaves it feeling stripped with that “squeaky clean” sensation.
After less than a week of having the product, I noticed that a piece of the pump had fallen inside, creating it to leak everywhere. I could not remove the cover so I could not take the piece that fell inside of it out. Sephora to get a refund, but because it had been 31 days instead of 30, they could not do anything for me. There are many reviews saying that it’s happened to other people so I suggest buying a different cleanser and not this brand.
