This is a good lipstick. I love the color and texture of this. It’s not too thick and yet doesn’t enhance the texture of my lips. But the fragrance level is too much. I’m glad I got it on sale. I wouldn’t pay the full price for this
This lipstick is so smooth and pigmented, and the packaging is so luxe. The colors I got are Pink Chiffon and Blush Chenille. They appear a bit darker on my fair skin than the pictures show, but not too much. They smell like roses, which may or may not be an issue for some. For me, these are fantastic and I wish they would come out with more shades.
The formula is very smooth and comfortable, and the lipstick itself feels high quality. It has a very retro cosmetic smell, like vintage makeup from years ago. Not bad or unpleasant at all, just nostalgic. My only issue was the color. It’s described as a medium blue pink, but on me it looks much more like a dusty peachy-pink rather than a true cool pink. The formula is lovely, the shade just wasn’t the best match for me personally
It's a beautiful colour and the matte feels silky and doesn't feel too drying. But I feel like the colour still applies sheer for a matte, and it also smears easily if you try to build it up or hold for very long if you drink coffee or eat and stains your skin arpund the lips when you try to touch up it up... For the price range I feel like the quality should be a lot better because there's a lot of other more affordable brands that outperform this. I avoid it in my collection because the perfume in it makes me nauseous. So unnecessary to have such a floral perfumey scent lingering right by your nose when you wear it.
It’s a nice lipstick. The color is beautiful and the formula is matte without being too drying. It’s not as smoothing as I expected. It doesn’t last very long. And for the price I don’t know if it’s worth it. Also, perfume in lipstick is fairly unnecessary.
I absolutely love the Caviar Smoothing Matte Lipstick in Scarlet Velvet! The shade is the perfect blue-red —bold, flattering, and makes my smile look brighter. The texture feels smooth and comfortable for a matte formula, without drying out my lips. It wears beautifully for hours, even through coffee and lunch, with only minimal touch-ups. A true classic red that feels both modern and timeless. Definitely a new staple in my makeup bag!
I love the color is very great gasby color and im loving it .I enjoyed putting it over benifit( raspberry tint) and this lipstick over and I like it so much .This can be definitely a fall color .
Such a lovely product with such a long lasting color, it applies beautifully, and has a beautiful matte finish. The color payoff is so nice and really goes with many skin tones.
This is the best lipstick j have ever used. It has a nice texture. I really like it
I've been looking for a plum/berry coloured lipstick, and I absolutely love this shade. It's not too bright a purple, but also not too dark or muted. Only complaints I have is 1) it was a weird scent that I don't like, and 2) it leaves my lips dry after I remove it. So make sure to wear a good hydrating lip balm after you remove your makeup. Despite that, this has quickly become one of my favourites. <3
