This Is A Curl Building Serum

I have tried so many curl creams and gels. This is by far the best. I use it in both steps, as a curl serum and then also again when scrunching the curls before diffusing. Worth every penny and one bottle lasts a very long time since I only wash once or twice a week.

I just started learning to style my wavy hair that came during menopause. Took few yrs of previously straight hair turning super frizzy as soon as I walked out of house to finally figure my texture had changed. I’ve had fun at almost 58 watching videos to learn, trying far too many products and getting cuts my a curl specialist over the past 10 months. I love to use a small amount a curl cream and a lot of gel normally. After scrunching out gel cast my hair lasts days. I’d never used a serum before this but wanted to try after liking Divine’s curl shampoo/conditioner. I’ve only used this serum twice but so far I like it a lot. Last time, 3 days ago, I used the serum and mousse. I’m not usually a fan of mousse and prefer a lighter foam but wanted a bit more hold than the serum alone gave. I also use the BounceCurl brush and it really glides nicely through the serum. I read someone say it gave them really frizzy hair. I didn’t find that and live in humid TX with rain past few days. First photo is right after diffusing 3 nights ago. I haven’t felt well and it’s just been in bonnet first night and up in high silk scrunchie otherwise. Seems to be holding curl well.

It's ok. It holds the curl nicely but does nothing for frizz control. My hair somehow looks worse second day with this product than with nothing. It's like it holds bed hed in place. Wouldn't buy again. I imagine it would work really well for curls and waves that don't have a frizz problem.

I have black/brown thick wavy/curly hair. I have been on my curly hair journey for over 10y. I was a happy DevaCurl girl. Due to the lawsuit (i am not sure if it was just in my head, i start having itchy scalp and hair loss) I was trying to switch it out. I have tried Ouai, Curlsmith, Pattern, Oribe, living proof, amika. These are the few I remember. Out of all above, I liked Oribe gel, moisturizer nad living proof no frizz and curl enhancer. I recently switched to Davines as I was looking for the grey hair shampoo. The alchemist shampoo for grey hai, OI conditioner and the curl building serum is my favourite. I hate the feeling my hair feels if i rehydrate my curls. This is amazing for rehydrating. No crunchy icky feeling. I tried their leave in and the gel oil. They did not work. I have low porosity hair. My hair hates oils. I NEVER received any gift or samples. VERY HONEST REVIEW

I love this hair product for my curly hair ! After I get out of the shower I apply a small amount and it makes my curls defined shiny and frizz free. I also love that this product is resistant to the humidity

3c curly girl here. Love the serum that makes my curls look defined and hydrated. Bouncy and no more frizz. I apply it once every 5 days on wet hair after I washed it. The serum smells good. Recommend it!

Holy grail product for me. So moisturizing and provides great slip when styling. The only thing I don’t like is the price tag!

I vaguely follow curly girl and have 3a hair. I air dry and don't like to use a ton of product. Started using this after conditioning and it sets my curls perfectly. I prefer to reset my curls each day so that may be why this product works for me

I. Love. This. It is the best for my wavy hair. I wash and add at the end to finger style my curls. It leaves them soft and not sticky nor crunchy. Next couple days I just spritz some water on and it’s back to looking great. Absolutely love this stuff! Hands down best for me!

This is hands down the best curl cream out there. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and use a decent amount of this, and the bottle has lasted me a few years. I have thin, dry, wavy hair, and nothing works to bring out my waves as well as this. I bought into the hype around a different viral curl cream and really regret not just repurchasing this one. I don't plan on using anything else from here on out.
