I haven’t used the product long enough to speak on long-term results, but I’m seriously considering returning it for a couple of reasons. First, I really wish the tool was a derma stamp instead of a roller—or at least that they offered a stamp option. Stamps are often considered gentler and more effective for targeted areas like the hairline, and I feel like for the price, that option should be available. Second, I couldn’t find any strong clinical studies supporting the serum’s effectiveness, which makes it hard to justify the price point. That said, I love, love, love the quality and packaging—it’s so luxe and beautiful. The case for the derma roller is such a nice touch, and the overall presentation feels premium. As for the serum, I have nothing negative to say—it’s lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbs easily. I just can’t speak to its actual benefits yet. If the brand ever releases a dermastamp version, I’d be all in.

I tried the original pink hair serum before started on this one. I was told this is more effective on severe hair loss so I thought I give it a try along with the derma roller. Feels superficial just like the other hair serum and did absolutely nothing.
Such an incredible product! I have had very thin hair for a majority of my life, especially face framing, and ever since I started using this product I have had great results. I really don’t use it every day, every other, and i still have seen great results. 10/10 recommend! Gifted by vegamour

I’m not a paid reviewer, just a first-time consumer who wanted to try the Vegamour GRO+ Advanced Hair Serum and Derma Roller Set. After about a month and a half, I can see a visible difference. I have alopecia, and I use the roller every other day on the affected areas — I’m already seeing regrowth where there were bald spots. I even attached my before-and-after photos (no edits, taken in natural light) to show the real results. I’m so glad I decided to give this set a try!
This review is in 2 parts. 1). Dermaroller - easy to use and clean. Wonder why it needs to be replaced monthly if cleaned properly. 2). Serum - not a fan. It left my hair greasy after every use. I did not see results but then again, I only used it for 3 weeks before I gave up. Perhaps someone who hangs in there longer will have better results.
I bought this in February and was really looking forward to it. It's now March, almost a month later, and I've started to shed SO MUCH HAIR. I have never in my life have lost this much hair in such a short period of time. I'm actually devastated with how much hair I've lost thus far. I had such high hopes for this product, especially with how expensive it is, but I'm going to return it ASAP. Please, if you try this product, only try it on a small surface of your scalp before you ruin your hair if it doesn't work. For some, this might work miracles and honestly happy for those lucky people, but not for me. It's made me lose hair all over my scalp.
The roller will rip your hair out. The hair serum is liquid (water-like) and difficult to apply only to the scalp, leading to wasted product. There is very little serum in the bottle; whether or not it works, who knows? Most reviews are incentivized, but this one is not.
This product is not as clean as it claims and ended up giving me a headache that went away the moment I stopped using it. Luckily I only used it for 4 days. I went from never having headaches to dealing with them daily. From their own website they list “Other side effects may include swelling, dizziness, headache, gastrointestinal discomfort, excessive facial and/ or body hair growth and sexual dysfunction.” THIS SHOULD NOT QUALITY AS CLEAN BEAUTY. Very misleading from the company. Buyer beware
This is exceptional. I was skeptical at first, but after only 10 days of using the dermaroll with the serum everyday, the results are crazy!
