was completely desperate about my hair ! severe thinning, hair loss, and frizzy texture until started using this duo. Honestly, after only two uses, there’s noticeably less frizz and my hair feels better we’ll see if it will stop thinning manageable. The scent is also very pleasant.
Stick with the original!! I don't have severe hair loss, just notice a little bit of thinning, I used the original and it worked great.I figured okay this one should be even better.This actually made my hair start falling out!!!! it took me four washes to realize that this was the culprit.My hair was literally pulling out from the ends of my hair when wet after using the shampoo and moreso after the conditioner, it didn't click in my brain, until I did tracked on what I changed and this was the culprit!! if I could return it, I would but it's past the thirty days!
Smells great and that’s about it. Washes and conditions hair like a much cheaper set would. Doesn’t do anything it claims.
Ordered this shampoo and conditioner combo as I am experiencing hair loss. I normally have thick and wavy/curly hair and have had thinning on the sides of my head, likely due to stress. I’m trying to give this shampoo a real chance and have to agree with other NON INCENTIVIZED reviews that the roots feel dirty extremely oily after one day and my ends are beyond straw like. This product was not cheap and pretty disappointed on the result. Hoping by the time I use it up I can see actual hair regrowth or this was just a waste of money and bad hair days 😞
I don’t normally write reviews, but this product is the exception. My hair has been shedding to the point of obvious hair loss. I purchased this, along with the serum and began using it 6 weeks ago. My results have been quite incredible , my hair feels soft and is super shiny. I will be using this for life. If I could give this zero stars I would. After I shampoo and condition with this product my hair is a tangled/knotted mess that takes me 20 min to work through. I bought this to promote hair growth and if anything im losing more hair. I am so disappointed, what a waste of money and it wasnt cheap. Do not buy this product.
The formula is ok. But oh my goodness the smell of this was awful! You know the scent; that awful strong super floral, hairspray-like, scent. Had to wash my hair several times with my usual shampoo to get rid of it
This is life changing. I went through menopause in my early 40s and my hair hasn’t been the same since. I’ve tried a lot of different products to combat hair loss from shampoos to serums. Thought I would give this a try in combination with Act+Acre hair serum. I am not sure if it’s the serum or the shampoo, but instead of 25-30 strands of hair in the drain after a shower, I see less than 5. Too early to see new hair growth as it’s only been a month, but the fact I am not losing hair is good enough for me! This combo works for me and I hope it does for other women who are struggling with hair loss.

I’ve used up almost the entire shampoo and conditioner to no avail. It actually seems to make me shed even more. The scent is very strong and herbal, which I don’t like. This is a no from me.
