Would not turn back on after charging 2nd use
Cleaned and used it out the box and it lasted for 10 minutes until it turned off. I charged it overnight and it wouldn't turn on the next day. Thought it wasn't charged for some reason so I charged it again and made sure it was plugged in with the light on overnight, and it still wouldn't turn on. Should've trusted the other reviews, will be returning! ):

Broke after 30 days
The first month of using this product it worked well. I only used it in my blackheads around my nose and chin. After about a month the product completely stopped working. I tried charging it and nothing happens. It’s been sitting in the box in my bathroom. I wish it was within 30 days I would have returned it.

This was a game changer for me. I have sensitive skin so mechanical devices are better in that respect. I have retention hyperkeratosis which is a fancy way of saying my dead skin does not shed properly causing closed comedones with a layer of skin over so the sonic aspect of this device gets them out even when i cant see them. This paired with dermaplane is a game changer for me.
