Best otc Azelaic formula I’ve used. After 2-3 weeks of daily use in the AM my rosacea breakouts all but disappeared, and the overall balance of my skin improved. Can’t recommend highly enough.
(real rating: 2.5/5) this product is decent, but i don't think the price is justifiable. you can find other azelaic acid products that are far cheaper and provide the same benefits (anua, peach slices, etc.). i will say, i do think using this consistently aided in my skin not tingling/burning/itching when i finally moved up to prescription strength (15%), so if you're looking to move your way up, this could be a good starting point. again, though, there are far cheaper options out there.
Made me break out terribly, ready online that it could be a purge but i couldnt stand it, stopped using it and saw improvement immediately. May give it another try at some point in to make sure it wasnt a hormonal breakout.

First off, I love Azelaic acid. It’s the best thing that helps my skin with any dark spots or post acne marks. This however, broke me out. I’ve tried a few different Azelaic acids and they’ve all been amazing, but my skin does not agree with this one. Went back to my $20 Korean skincare one from Anya and it works way better for a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this product. Better out there for cheaper.
Loving this product! Immediately after applying it to my irritated skin the redness went down drastically. I appreciate the lactic acid in it to help with exfoliation and I love the consistency, easy to apply.
I have only used this product twice so far and I am getting breakouts in places I never get breakouts. My skin was doing really well and I decided to try this to help with a few dark spots that weren’t even that bad and now I have random little zits in random places. For $70, this will be going back to the store.
This is the most gentle product out there. My skin barrier has been struggling due to overuse of retinol, so this has been the perfect option to soothe my skin. I’ve only had the chance to use it a few times, but I woke up with my skin feeling ultra soft.
