Pink Algae Pro-Retinol Body Butter for Anti-Aging and KP

This is my holy grail moisturizer. I've been using daily for months - applied to my entire body each night post-shower - but it only took 2-3 weeks to see noticeable improvements in my skin tone + texture. At this point, all bumps and discoloration are gone and my skin is baby soft with a healthy glow all throughout the day. The application itself is lovely - VERY easy to spread, not at all greasy, doesn't transfer to sheets and doesn't make the crook of my knees sweat during the night when my legs are folded (super specific I know but this happens with every other moisturizer.) I really appreciate the lack of added fragrance (it does have a slight chemical baby-powder-esque scent that I stopped noticing after about a week of use) and refillable packaging. Most of all, I appreciate that this moisturizer not only feels excellent right after applying, but has significantly improved my skin health over time. Many other moisturizers just feel or smell nice in the moment, but once they wear off you're left with the same dry, uneven skin you had before. Not the case with this one. Use it consistently for a month and your body will thank you!

It has a slight smell to it, but after using it for only a few weeks, I have noticed that scars and spots on my body have begun to fade! It also makes my skin super soft and gives it a nice hydrated look.

The consistency of this body butter is amazing. It melts when you put it on. It does not have a nasty residue. It’s very effective and long lasting. The little package size I received to sample was a travel size which I appreciate as it was only a 2 ounce perfect for airline travel.

This is the best body butter I have ever used. My skin is so supple and silky. It does not leave a greasy texture on my skin. Absorbs so well and lasts all day.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is THICK thick, like she pays rent here thick. This stuff has me looking like a glazed donut in the best way possible. My skin stays moisturized forever and it gives that healthy little glisten without feeling greasy once it settles in. One thing though….why do unscented products always smell like elementary arts and crafts? Like a faint glue/play doh/paste vibe at first. Thankfully it disappears after a minute once it gets aired out. It does absorb nicely, but she’s definitely not in a rush. This is not a quick slap on and go lotion, you need to give it a minute to marinate. But once she sinks in… smooth, soft, shiny skin. Packaging is elite too, we ain’t wasting a drop of this product.

I really enjoy the texture of it ,it is almost like a whipped type of consistency. The ingredients are so nice and affective as well . I’d highly recommend.
