NUFACE® FIX MicroWand Microcurrent Device

This little device is exactly the thing I was looking to add to my skin care routine. After my skin care routine I sit in my bed while watching a show and doing my routine with this. It’s crazy how instantly you see the results and I’m sooo excited to see the longer term results!

Love this product! Felt super gentle and comfortable on my skin. I also love that it has three different uses and setting. Definitely helped with my puffing in the morning and plumping my lips, and those pesky fine lines around my mouth.

I absolutely love the NuFACE MicroWand. It is perfect to get some volume back in your face. My eye bags were gone in less than 3 minutes and my lips looked so plumped after. You can get the plumped lip effect with this device without the filler! I received something in exchange for this post.

Love!!! Immediate plumping on the lips. Feel tingly like a lip plumper but works way faster and the tingling doesn’t last, but the results do! The app walks you through the treatments and is so easy to use. So glad I got to try it and will be using it every time before makeup!

I honestly LOVE this device! My main issue and concerned has been my under eye bags. I struggle with sleep and this has done wonders for depuffing my under eyes when I get little to no sleep. The fact that it only takes 3 minutes as well, is noninvasive, and NATURAL is all so important to me. It is a relaxing and pain free experience with immediate results. I am hooked!

Love this product so much. On the very first use it literally looks like I got a lip flip. My lips are so plump and it took literally three minutes and was so easy to use with the app. I cannot recommend this enough. Yes it is a steep price tag but it literally looks like I got lip filler.

The wand hurts and i’m not able to use it as long as I believe you should to see results.

I purchased a NuFACE Mini in 2021 from Sephora. I charged it initially and it worked once. The second time I tried to charge it, it never turned on again. At the time, I assumed it was a cable issue and set it aside. Years later, after recently purchasing a NuFACE Trinity kit from Nordstrom, I decided to troubleshoot the old device. While researching how to fix it, I discovered online that 2020–2021 NuFACE models had known battery issues. That prompted me to contact customer service. During that conversation, I was told they “recommend keeping the device charged long-term to prevent this from happening.” When I asked how that recommendation was communicated to customers, I was told it comes with the manuals but when I asked where it specifically states this, I was told it does not actually say that in the manual, and that they were “telling me now.” That contradiction is the core problem. If this was a known issue, customers should have been clearly informed upfront or proactively notified, not told retroactively once the device has failed and the warranty has expired. Advising customers after the fact is not the same as recommending it. I own many beauty devices older than four years that still work without being continuously charged. It is reasonable to expect a premium device to power on after being stored unused. Learning about this issue only through online research and customer service (years later )has made me seriously question whether I want to continue investing in this brand, including the new Trinity I recently purchased. Transparency and clear communication matter, especially at this price point.

This is just my third month working with the Micro Wand, and it's fading quickly. Barely can feel any vibration at all from the Wand. A steep price to pay for three months.

Love the useability of this little wand! It’s a like an expensive facial at home! I have the trinity and this is a lot easier to use for spot treatment and fine lines. I still sometimes struggle to incorporate into my routine bc of the gel factor, but when I do I see a difference.
