I used this serum every night and followed all the instructions. After 7 weeks, my entire scalp is lightly peeling and shedding, and my head has a constant state of dandruff. I have not noticed and benefits, only negatives. Definitely do jot recommend!

I was using this product to get rid of my grey hair, and I haven't seen any other comments so I'm really confused. Basically I only used this serum and massaged it in my scalp once a week and continued with my regular routine, and all I can say is I've never experienced so much hair loss within the 30-90 days I've used this in my entire life!

Ordered during the Sephora event this year. Received single bottle, not multi-pack. Customer service (the first time) re-shipped, no worries. Received a single bottle, not a multi-pack. I've spent 4 hours with "Customer service" trying to resolve this, but, so far, I am out money because they cannot re-ship again, and my issue was "resolved" with the first re-ship. Save yourself some time - just order the single.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER THIS TRIO!!!!!!!!! Ordered this during the 20% off and received one bottle. Called customer service and they shipped a new "trio." Guess what? The replacement came today and it's...one bottle. I've paid for 3 bottles, gotten 2. Called Sephora today and was told they need to review my inquiry and they'll email me to let me know if I can get a replacement. What???? I paid for 3 bottles, received 2, and you're treating me like a suspect. I am a Rouge member but this may be my very last purchase with Sephora. This is horrible customer service.
I am so mad!!! I ordered this during the sale as it’s expensive, but I just received one bottle when I ordered the trio set. Sephora’s customer service is not sending me the missing bottles but instead asking me to return them through Canada Post, and they are unsure if they will refund me for the order. I am angry. AMD are asking me to return it via Canada Post, but will not help
