For all the reviews stating (even with pictures) that it comes broken,,, well it doesn’t. They have have done what some other brands use which is an airless pump. There is no DIP TUBE inside!! I know it looks broken ladies and gents but it’s not. It even tells you about it in the information that most people probably don’t read. It’s ok, your product is fine.. it’s just called innovation. I bought this for my mom and she told me that there wasn’t a lot of product and that the dispenser was broken. At first, I thought maybe someone else used it without her knowing or that it happened to be an issue with the specific bottle. But when I came back to read the reviews, it turned out that a lot of people had the same issue. I was unable to get a refund because the time limit had expired. Anyway, here’s what bothers me, if this is a common thing that’s happening, fix it!!! Or even better, don’t sell their product. Seriously disappointed that this is a known issue (people have been complaining about the same thing for months) and nothing is being done about it.

I theoretically like the eye cream. But it feels too lightweight to really hydrate. It’s fine. My true issue is the packaging with the metal tip. Every time I use it I have to squeeze a little out because it’s gone green and possibly moldy. It seems to hold product in the tip. And that tip is exposed to air. I don’t even touch it to my eyes. It’s really gross. I would never buy it again.

I really enjoy using this product and I feel that it has made a difference in my fine lines, but the product ran out after five weeks of twice daily use. I only used one pump in am and pm. It’s only 0.5 pz. For that price, it should last longer than five weeks.

I had really high hopes for this product but after a few months of use, I don’t really see a difference. I bought it specifically for help with firmness, but it did not deliver there. It’s a nice cream, not too thick or thin, abd feels nice on the skin. Also has nice applicator. Good for hydration but for the size and the lack of firming for the price, i don’t think it’s worth it.feels noce

Love this eye cream. I only wish they did a better job with the packaging. I cannot tell how much cream has been used, so I ran out before I could repurchase. The refillable part should be clear so you can see how much cream is left.

been using this for about 4 months now. I'm not so sure how much it has helped my under eye wrinkles but I do like using it, it's nice and creamy and applies well under make up, and my eye area feels hydrated

Most eye creams feel like overpriced moisturizer or irritate my undereyes. But this stuff is amazing!! This cream leaves my eyes feeling instantly hydrated. Great for day and night use. Lays perfect under makeup. Also I prefer this over the bright and tight because sometimes the actives can irritate my eyes.
