I had high hopes and I’m disappointed. It doesn’t get super hot, and the bottom of the brush doesn’t heat up so it’s not 360°. I used it 4-5 times and it’s been in my closet because I feel like it’s just a waste of time trying to use it.
So far, it's been good. It has made styling hair quite enjoyable. It reduces frizz and makes hair bouncy. My only concern is the bristle damage after just one use.
Worked great while it worked. First stopped heating up up to max heat, then turned yellow, then the cord fell out before it stopped working altogether. Probably within 16 months. Save your money.
Worked well for the first year then quit and it turns yellow from the heat.
I had my hair styled straight beforehand as a natural 2B-3A hair. I wanted to get that bouncy blowout look….this literally did nothing. Like i spent a solid hour of trying different techniques. Go buy the revlon from target
I have now used several times, the first few I found that the style didnt stay at all. I started using mousse before styling and it works much better. helps your hair look done without an hour of work
A MUST. I’ve had this thing for less than a month and I’ve already turned three different people onto it. It’s the most incredible styling product I’ve ever owned in my entire life. I have super curly hair and this product straightens it and smooth it out like nothing I’ve ever used before. 10 out of 10 would recommend. 
I bought it super excited to try it, but sadly it wasn’t even working at all, no heat and no infrared. Thought might be the voltage issue, but after trying a voltage converter it still wasn’t working at all.
Love how this works with my fine hair. Salon look at home. Very easy to use. Would recommend!
I finally found the solution to my hair problems! I have really thick curly hair and I have never seen my hair look like this other than leaving the salon! I can actually do my own blowout, smooth and de frizz all my curls and it last all day! I never have to go to the salon again to get a blowout! This is a game changer and will save me so much money from the comfort of my own home! I will never need any other hair tool!
