PETAL BOUCHE Liquid Longwearing Matte Lipstick

At this point most of my makeup is Violette. I have only 1 layer on and the pigment is crazy! The formula is so interesting and different. I’m a lipstick hater, especially if it has a scent. It’s too stressful for me. But with this, you don’t need to exfoliate or hydrate. It’s easy and feels like you have nothing on your lips. After letting it dry, which is pretty quickly, it really doesn’t budge which is reassuring. I need another shade!

Best red EVER just crappy formula. It is so beautiful on tan skin. I use translucent powder to avoid transferring and to lock it in.

This lipstick is absolutely stunning! It transforms my lips into deep red velvety rose petals. However, in terms of longevity, none of my lips last through meals, even those that claim to. It not a lip stain, so take those reviews with a grain of salt. This product lasts through drinks and normal wear. I don’t expect it to last through a meal, but that doesn’t diminish its beauty or comfort. It’s the most beautiful red lip I’ve ever worn. Every time I wear this lipstick, other women compliment on how gorgeous it is. She’s that girl! Highly recommend.

The color is beautiful, but it came off so easily during dinner :(. And got all over my teeth

Very Patchy and hard to apply. I purchased the pink shade as well and have yet to try it. I hope its better and this is just an issue with this one shade.

First off, the color is 100/10. She knocks it out the of the park. That's what makes it so disappointing that everything else about this product is so bad. It is not long lasting or easy to wear at all. If you drink you will have thick lipstick all over your cups. That means it wears off quickly. But the other bad thing is the applicator. It's not precise like say, the Sephora liquid lip. So it's really time consuming to apply and get a straight line. I really don't understand how she botched this so badly in this day and age. Please, Violette, if nothing else, get a better doe foot. tl;dr - If you accidently touch your lips this will smudge and get on your hands and make a mess. This seems obvious but it's not a concern with 90% of the matte products on the market. Also, it's hard to reapply when out and about because it takes so many qtips to get a clean line.

My new and favorite go to red. Violette is knocking out the park. Really truly that perfect red. Bright but not to bright blue red

I love this formula and shade. I used a brown liner, dusted lightly with powder between coats, and finished with the O/S On Til Dawn spray. My makeup stayed put through a concert & light rain. The most important, and usually where my lipstick fails: the red did not bleed! Definitely a combination of technique and formula - but a good formula helps! Also I love the deep, dark burgundy red of Cerise Désir. It's such a rich, saturated, gorgeous color.

For someone who is light-medium skintone with warm neutral undertone, this blueish red lipstick is just perfect 🤌🏻. I heard mixed reviews about this lipstick but one associate has suggested it to me and she was so helpful shoutout to Lindsay she told me this and omg this is one of the most Parisian vibe lipsticks

Not long lasting at all. It's a beautiful color... that never dries down. My hair brushed against my lips and I ended up with lipstick on my cheek!
